To encourage Pulmonary Hypertension knowledge through stories of patients . We got in touch with them, collected their stories and created a landing page to easily spread the message.

Our challenge was to increase awareness of Fabry disease among the population. During Fabry disease awareness month we developed a website aimed at sharing in social network a patient’s “daily routine” highlighting the burden a Fabry patient in taking his therapy at the hospital (vs the benefit of receiving it at their home).
